KUALA LUMPUR: A 24-year-old BYD Seal driver involved in a six-vehicle crash that claimed the life of a five-year-old girl along Jalan Kuching, Kuala Lumpur, last Saturday (Oct 10) is set to face three charges in the Magistrates’ Court on Thursday (Oct 15).
Kuala Lumpur Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department chief ACP Mohd Zamzuri Mohd Isa said the driver was arrested at Hospital Damansara at 11.30 am on Wednesday (Oct 14), shortly after being discharged.
He was subsequently taken to the Dang Wangi district police headquarters lock-up at 12.30 pm.
The specific charges have yet to be disclosed.
