Mohd Zuki Ali named new KTC non-executive chairman

KOTA KINABALU (March 24): Kim Teck Cheong Consolidated Berhad (KTC) has announced Tan Sri Dato Seri Mohd Zuki Ali as its new board non-executive chairman.

In a statement, KTC executive director Datuk Dexter Lau said Mohd Zuki’s appointment brings decades of distinguished public service and leadership experience, and is expected to enhance KTC’s future strategic direction and engagement with stakeholders across both public and private sectors.

“His extensive leadership experience and understanding of national priorities will provide valuable guidance as we continue to strengthen our governance and build a resilient, forward-looking organisation.

“As we expand our operations, we are anchoring national and regional expansion from East Malaysia as a strategic growth hub, while continuing to work closely with partners across the industry to enhance supply chain connectivity alongside advancing strategic expansion and investment initiatives across Malaysia and the wider region,” he said.

He said KTC remains committed to supporting supply chain efficiency, improving market access, particularly across East Malaysia, and strengthening its foundation for sustainable growth at both national and regional levels.
