KENINGAU (Jan 6): Bingkor Rural Tourism Association chairman Razziddin Robert handed over contributions in the form of rice and cash to Pusat Tahfiz Ar-Rahman Keningau as a show of support for the centre’s efforts in producing a Quranic generation.
The contributions were presented to the Pusat Tahfiz Ar-Rahman Keningau chairman Hishammuddin Sulaiman, on behalf of the management and students of the tahfiz centre.
Razziddin said the contribution reflects his continued commitment to strengthening Islamic education, particularly tahfiz institutions which play an important role in shaping the character, morals and identity of the younger generation.
“Efforts to nurture a Quranic generation require continuous support from all parties. It is hoped that this contribution will help support the welfare of the students and facilitate the management of the tahfiz centre,” he said when met after the handover ceremony.
He also stressed that such charitable initiatives not only help ease the burden of Islamic educational institutions, but also serve as a lasting investment for the hereafter.
“May this contribution become a source of lasting reward and encourage the students to continue seeking knowledge and memorising the Qur’an with sincerity and steadfastness,” he said.
Meanwhile, Hishammuddin expressed his appreciation and gratitude for the contributions received, and prayed that Allah SWT would bless the noble intention and bestow abundance upon all parties involved.
