KOTA KINABALU (March 12): Sawit Kinabalu Group reaffirmed its commitment to integrity and corporate governance through the Anti-Corruption Pledge (IBR) at Shangri-La Tanjung Aru.

The programme was organised by the Integrity & Governance Division of Sawit Kinabalu Group in collaboration with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Sabah.

The pledge-taking session was led by Hazem Mubarak Tun Musa, Chairman of Sawit Kinabalu Group together with the members of Board of Directors and the company’s Senior Management which was held shortly after the first Sawit Kinabalu Group Board of Directors Meeting for the year 2026.

The pledge-taking ceremony was witnessed by Datuk Mohd Fuad Bee Basrah, Director of MACC Sabah and KPKPj Awang Samsul Baharam Bungso, Integrity Advisor to the Chief Minister, who also expressed support for Sawit Kinabalu Group’s continuous efforts to strengthen a culture of integrity, particularly at the senior management level.

The programme marks the collective commitment of the Company’s leadership to uphold the principles of transparency, accountability and good governance, while setting a strong example for all employees and reinforcing stakeholders’ confidence in the integrity and professionalism standards of Sawit Kinabalu Group.
