KUALA LUMPUR (March 5): VitaHealth has strengthened its leadership in halal-certified health supplements by launching the ‘Pilih Halal, Pilih VitaHealth’ campaign in collaboration with Watsons Malaysia for the holy month of Ramadan.

The launch event took place at Dancing Fish, Bangsar Shopping Centre, on Tuesday and was officiated by VitaHealth (Malaysia & Singapore) chief executive officer Dr KS Beh, alongside Watsons Malaysia trading director Foo Hwei Jiek. The event was also witnessed by Malaysian television host and actor Fahrin Ahmad and Muallim Muda Shamsul Aiman.

The campaign underscores VitaHealth’s commitment to providing quality-assured halal supplements for Malaysian consumers.

All products are certified by Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (Jakim), with halal compliance ensured across every stage of the value chain – from sourcing and formulation to manufacturing, packaging, and storage.

Speaking at the launch, Dr Beh said the initiative reflects the brand’s promise to uphold halal integrity at all operational levels.

“Halal is not solely about religious observance. It is also a recognised benchmark of safety, cleanliness, transparency, and quality control. Such rigorous standards deliver assurance not only to Muslim consumers but to all Malaysians who prioritise product quality and safety,” she said.

Dr Beh highlighted that VitaHealth’s leadership in halal excellence was recently recognised with the Platinum SOBA Best Halal Product Award, reinforcing the trust the brand has earned among consumers through its consistent commitment to safety, transparency, and product integrity.

With over 70 years of experience, VitaHealth offers a wide range of Jakim-certified halal health supplements catering to various life stages and health needs. Each product undergoes stringent quality control, ensuring both halal and regulatory compliance.

The collaboration with Watsons also enhances nationwide accessibility to VitaHealth’s certified halal supplements, meeting growing demand for health products that are both effective and aligned with consumer values.

“As the No.1 health and beauty retailer, Watsons is committed to building a trusted retail environment prioritising quality, transparency, and consumer confidence. Our collaboration with VitaHealth reflects our shared responsibility to provide accessible halal-certified health solutions that meet the evolving needs of Malaysian consumers,” said managing director of Watsons Malaysia and chief operating officer of Health & Beauty Asia, AS Watson Group Caryn Loh.

VitaHealth’s halal-certified product range is now available at Watsons stores nationwide, offering Malaysians continued confidence in their daily health choices.
