KUCHING, July 15: Three individuals were brought to Bintulu Hospital following a single-vehicle crash along the Bintulu-Samalaju coastal road.

According to a report from Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) Samalaju today, they received a call regarding the incident at 8.30am and despatched a team of rescue personnel to the location.

Based on a report from the operation commander, the incident involved a sports utility vehicle which landed on its side on the road side after the crash.

All three victims with minor injuries were taken out of the vehicle by members of the public before the arrival of the firefighters.

After receiving initial medical treatment at the location, they were later taken to Bintulu Hospital using a private ambulance. — DayakDaily
