BINTULU (July 30): The Bintulu Divisional Health Office (PKB) will investigate public complaints about the quality of service at Bintulu Health Clinic.

Yesterday, a social media platform had highlighted an issue related to patient care at the health clinic with a specific complaint about unsatisfactory service provided by Room 24.

“PKB Bintulu is conducting further investigation into the above matter and will contact the customer concerned for more information so that immediate action can be taken,” the office said on Facebook today.

PKB Bintulu thanked concerned citizens for bringing the matter to its attention.

“We welcome feedback from the public to improve the quality of our services,” it added.
