BINTULU (Aug 7): The Bintulu Integrated Administrative Centre (IAC) project in Jepak is set to be completed by March 2025, said Deputy Premier Datuk Amar Douglas Uggah Embas.
According to a report from the Sarawak Public Communication Unit (Ukas), he said the new IAC building is expected to drive development in the Jepak area and inspire government staff to provide excellent services to the public.
“With construction materials already on-site and sufficient manpower, there should be no delays in this crucial project,” he said during an official visit to the IAC project site here on Tuesday.
He also requested JKR to closely monitor the progress of the project, particularly as the Bintulu-Jepak bridge is scheduled for completion by the end of February 2025.
Also present at the site visit were Minister in the Sarawak Premier’s Department Dato Sri John Sikie Tayai, Sarawak Deputy Minister for Infrastructure and Port Development Datuk Ir Aidel Lariwoo, and JKR Sarawak direcgtor Ir Dr Cassidy Morris.
