MIRI (Sept 27): A longhouse in Beluru was destroyed by fire earlier today.
According to sources, the Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) and other relevant agencies have been alerted to the blaze at Rumah Niga, Nyiro.
The exact number of units affected in the longhouse is not yet known at the time of writing.
Firefighters from the Lopeng fire station responded to an emergency call received around 12.25pm.
No casualties were reported at the time of writing.
