SEREMBAN, Sept. 13: A vicious atmosphere engulfs the site of Senawang Islamic Cemetery, Forest Heights here when the body of pilot Captain Zainol Afiq Bee Sham, 30, was safely recovered around 6 p.m.

Allahyarham's body was taken to the cemetery after the funeral service at Senawang New City Mosque.

Prayers for Allahyarham's body were recited by his father, Bee Sham Ahmad, while Minister in the Department of Prime Minister (Religious Affairs), Dr Zulkifli Hasan, was present to pay the final tribute.

Earlier, Allahyarham's body arrived at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) Terminal 1 at 2.28 pm after being taken home from Miri Airport, Sarawak on Malaysia Airlines flight MH2575 at 12.10 pm.

Allahyarham was among the five victims of a helicopter crash carrying an Air Doctor Service (FDS) team under the Malaysian Ministry of Health (KKM), after the helicopter crashed and burned near Long Lellang Airport (STOLport) on Tuesday.

The incident also claimed the lives of four health workers, Dr. Ainul Baraah Kamaruddin, assistant medical officer Alexson Adit Henry and two nurses, Jessie Paya Jok and Debra Moset.

Dr Ainul Baraah Kamaruddin's body was previously flown to Kota Bharu, Kelantan using a Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMA) special aircraft, before being buried at the Seri Kedeper Cemetery Ground, Chepa Base after Zohor today.

Meanwhile, Alexson Adit Henry and Jessie Paya Jok were transferred from Miri Hospital to their respective homes today while the funeral is scheduled for tomorrow.

The deceased Alexson will be buried in the Anglican Cemetery of Lambir, Miri, while the deceased Jessie will be buried at BEM Cemetery of Lambir, Miri, Sarawak.

Debra Moset's mother was flown to Kuching for treatment at Semadang Village tomorrow.
