Firemen flush out monitor lizard

MIRI: A homeowner in Lutong received a shock when discovered a monitor lizard lurking in the toilet bowl.

The unexpected visitor prompted the homeowner to call the Lutong Fire Station for help.

According to station chief Henry Jugah, the homeowner spotted the reptile at around 2.34pm.

The fire team arrived within seven minutes and successfully removed the lizard, much to the homeowner’s relief.
