Isuzu’s new 3S facility in Sibu now open for business

SIBU (July 13): Sibu now has a new Isuzu 3S centre, which opened for business today.

Strategically located at the intersection of Jalan Ahmad Zaidi Adruce and the main road connected to the airport, the hub hosts a complete range of facilities including sales, services and spare parts (3S) for all ranges of Isuzu D-Max pick-up trucks.

“Operated by KM Mobil Sdn Bhd, which has also established operations in Miri and Bintulu, the Sibu Isuzu 3S centre levels up the retail experience by offering the complete range of Isuzu D-Max models in a comfortable environment,” said Isuzu Malaysia Sdn Bhd in its press release.

“There is also the latest VR (virtual reality) test drive and AR (augmented reality) experience available on the latest award-winning Isuzu D-Max’s X-Terrain.”

Isuzu Malaysia chief operating officer Kenkichi Sogo remarked: “The new outlet paves the way for stronger presence in Sarawak where owners can enjoy the dependable and efficient performance of the Isuzu D-Max range.

“By opening more strategically-located outlets, we hope to increase our presence and make Isuzu products that are dependable, reliable and extremely efficient, more accessible to more Sarawakians.”

The Sibu Isuzu 3S centre sits on Lot 8527 and 8528 of Block 11, Seduan Land District at Lorong Tun Ahmad Zaidi Adruce 66A here.

The showroom is open from 8am and 6pm Mondays to Fridays, 8am to 5pm on Saturdays, and 9am to 1pm on Sundays and public holidays.

Customers can seek quality Isuzu services between 8am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays, and from 8am to 4pm on Saturdays.

Among those present at the soft opening today were Isuzu Malaysia Sdn Bhd general manager (light commercial vehicle division) Tan Ai Ling, as well as KM Mobil Sdn Bhd managing director Tan Kim Hoon, its regional manager Kenn Tan and marketing manager Cassidy Romionson, and also KM Mobil Sibu branch manager Abdul Hamid Sallehuddin.
