BINTULU: About 60 units of Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) cars participated in the 2023 Bintulu JDM Car Show, organised by the Junior Chamber International (JCI) Jalan Tanjung Kidurong today (Dec 17).
Tanjong Batu assemblyman, Johnny Pang Leong Ming, officiated at the opening of the exhibition.
In his speech, he said, “I am proud of the success of JCI Jalan Tanjung Kidurong in planning and organising the first exhibition ever held in Bintulu.”
He noted that the exhibition serves not only as a platform for JDM enthusiasts to share advice, exchange experiences, and interests but also to explore creativity in modifying their JDM cars in safer and better ways.
“JCI is indeed a very active youth non-governmental organisation (NGO) and has successfully organised various positive and beneficial events, especially for the youth. I hope JCI Jalan Tanjung Kidurong will continue to come up with various ideas and actively engage with the youth,” he added.
