Knight Frank Malaysia opens Miri office

MIRI: Leading global property consultancy, Knight Frank Malaysia, has opened an office here.

Headed by its Sarawak branch director, Jane Liaw, the opening is a significant milestone for its expansion in the region.

According to Group Managing Director of Knight Frank Malaysia, Keith Ooi, with Liaw’s extensive experience and expertise in the real estate industry, she is well-positioned to lead the Sarawak branch and drive its growth in the local market.

“We are thrilled to establish a presence in Miri, and further strengthen our commitment to serving clients in East Malaysia.

“The opening of our new office reflects our confidence in the potential of the Sarawak market and our dedication to providing exceptional real estate services to our clients,” he said in a statement Wednesday.

He said the new office will offer a comprehensive range of services, including residential and commercial property sales and leasing, property management, transactions, valuation, and advisory services.

“With a team of experienced professionals, Knight Frank Malaysia aims to deliver tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of clients in Miri and the surrounding areas,” he said.
