Kuching winner pockets RM7.4 mln Magnum 4D Jackpot

KUCHING (Sept 3): A lucky winner from Jalan Penrissen here has won a staggering RM7.4 million in Magnum 4D Jackpot in late July after being inspired by a phone number.

The lucky winner plans to use the prize money of RM7,404,615 to plan a family vacation to Japan.

“My cousins and I were just trying our luck with numbers that felt special to us during our recent gathering.

“By pooling our money together, we played the System Play-6 method. The whole house erupted in excitement when we found out our chosen numbers of 9958 and 7448 made it to the top three prizes,” said the winner.

Another winner from Taman Megah in Selangor was also made a millionaire overnight after snagging RM7,672,305 in early August this year.

“1836 and 1035 have always been my favourite set of numbers to play. I’ve been playing this set of numbers for a long time. Imagine my shock when I scanned my ticket using the MyMagnum 4D app and I received a winning notification,” he said.

The pet lover from Selangor plans to build an animal shelter for stray dogs and cats.

Additionally, a winner from Durian Tunggal in Melaka won the grand prize of Magnum Life, receiving RM1,000 every day for the next 20 years after betting on a RM10 lucky pick ticket, which she shared among her sisters.

“We were just trying our luck. It’s amazing to think that something so small could turn into something so life changing. We don’t even have a plan yet for how to spend this incredible prize!” the winner said.

Another winner of the Magnum Life grand prize, from Kluang in Johor, was ecstatic after finding out her RM2 lucky pick ticket bought in August also won her RM1,000 every day for 20 years.

“My children are still young, and I have always worried about their future. Now, I can sleep comfortably at night knowing that our future is secure and that I can provide my family with a better life. Thank you Magnum 4D for this amazing win,” she said.
