Make a date with Toastmasters International’s humourist

KUCHING: Kuala Lumpur’s renowned speaker Stephen Fernando is poised to captivate the audience at the upcoming Utama Toastmasters Club installation dinner.

Club president Teo Soo Loon said Stephen is a seasoned Toastmaster with numerous accolades under his belt.

“Among others he is a five-time winner of Toastmasters International’s district-level Humorous Speech Contest and a semi-finalist during Toastmasters International’s World Championship of Public Speaking,” he said in a statement.

The dinner is scheduled for Sunday (Dec 10) at Hon Ang Restaurant, Jalan Simpang Tiga, starting at .:30 pm. It will start with the discharge of the outgoing club officers, followed by the installation of the newly appointed club officers for the 2023-2024 term.
