MIRI: Perdana Petroleum Berhad (Perdana Petroleum) has announced the resignation of Datuk Hasmi Hasnan from its Board of Directors, effective July 1.
In a statement, it said Hasmi’s decision to step down is driven by his need to, inter alia, focus on his role as the executive chairman within the board of Dayang Enterprise Holdings Berhad (Dayang), where he will be concentrating on Dayang’s core strategic initiatives during this period of increased activities in the oil and gas industry.
During his tenure on Perdana Petroleum’s board, Hasmi played a significant role in guiding the company through various strategic initiatives, contributing to its growth and success.
