Police seek public help to locate missing 15yo girl in Padawan

KUCHING, Feb 17: Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 15-year-old girl who was reported missing from Kampung Karu along Jalan Padawan.

Padawan district police chief Supt Mohd Irwan Hafiz Md Radzi said a report was lodged at Siburan police station at about 11.17pm on Feb 16 regarding the disappearance of Novia Voon.

“The teenager was last seen at about 1.30am on Feb 14 in Kampung Karu, Jalan Padawan, Kuching, and was believed to be wearing a black shirt at the time,” he said in a recent statement.

Police urged anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact investigating officer Sjn Wan Muhammad Mazlan at 019-4619994, the Padawan district police operations room at 082-862233, or the nearest police station. — DayakDaily
