Sarawak General Hospital seeks patient’s next-of-kin

KUCHING (Aug 9): The Sarawak General Hospital (SGH) is seeking the next-of-kin of a 78-year-old patient Kan Ah Loi@Kan Fong Kwan (RN.029400).

A press release by the hospital said the patient was sent to SGH’s Emergency and Trauma Department at 10.24am on July 25.

“The patient is now placed at the Female Medical Ward (Bed 29E).

“Family members of the patient are required to be present for a discussion on the patient’s discharge plan,” it said.

According to SGH, the patient’s last known address is at Jalan Canna, Tabuan Jaya here.

Thus, it appealed to the patient’s next-of-kin or family members to immediately call the ward on 082-276666 (ext 7910), or SGH medical social work officer Hamzah Bolhan on 082-276666 (ext 4334) during office hours.
