82 vehicles checked, 7 suits removed.

KOTA SAMARAHAN, 1 Oct: 82 vehicles and 91 individuals were inspected in the Inland Integrated Op conducted by BSPT along with BSJN IPD Kota Samarahan on Jalan Datuk Mohd Musa here yesterday.

Samarahan Metropolitan District Police Chief Superintendent Mohd Irwan Hafiz Md Radzi said the operation was carried out to ensure compliance with the law and improve road users' safety.

"As a result of the inspection, a total of seven PDRM (K) 257 suits were dismissed for various offences.

"In the same operation, narcotics testing using Instant Visual Drug Detector (IVDD) on five individuals found all negative", he said in a statement today.

He said that the PDRM of Samarahan City will continue to carry out continuous enforcement operations to ensure the safety and well-being of road users is always maintained.
