Firefighters at the scene, working to stop the bushfire from spreading further.
KUCHING (April 4): A bushfire has broken out not far from Sumber Alam Sanctuary, off Jalan Sultan Tengah in Petra Jaya here on Saturday.
The Sarawak Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) dispatched firefighters from the Petra Jaya and Padungan fire stations after receiving a call at 1.38pm.
Firefighters are currently at the scene working to contain the fire and prevent it from spreading to nearby woodland.
