KUCHING, June 18: Datuk Kamil Misuari, husband of Minister of Women, Family and Community Development and Santubong MP Dato Sri Nancy Shukri, has passed away.

In a statement today, it was announced that the late Kamil died earlier today, bringing sadness to family members, friends, and colleagues.

The remains of the deceased will be managed in Kuala Lumpur before being brought back to Kuching tomorrow (June 19).

The body will be placed at the official residence of Nancy in Taman Serira, Jalan Menggeris, Petra Jaya, allowing members of the public to pay their last respects prior to burial at the Samariang Muslim Cemetery.
