KOTA KINABALU: An elderly man was fined RM10,000 after he was found guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol.
Magistrate Nur Faezah Jafry handed down the sentence on Sahid Asik on Friday (May 17) and ordered him to spend five months in jail if he fails to pay the fine.
