KUCHING, Jan 19: The Lubok Antu Clinic project is to be retendered in July this year following the termination of the previous contractor on July 24, 2023.
According to a news report from Sarawak Public Communication Unit (Ukas) today, Deputy Health Minister Dato Lukanisman Awang Sauni said the project is expected to be fully completed by 2027.
He disclosed this during a mobile work visit to health facilities throughout Sarawak on Thursday (Jan 18).
Meanwhile, Lukanisman also announced RM1.1 million to rebuild the Engkilili Health Clinic (RM500,000) and Nanga Entalau Health Clinic (RM600,000).
He also said that the Nanga Patuh Clinic will be upgraded, and the Nanga Stamang Clinic will use a solar energy system when the upgrade is completed. — DayakDaily
