The suspect was caught red-handed by the police.
KUCHING (March 31): Police have arrested a 37-year-old man for suspected housebreaking and burglary at a house in Jalan Bukit Mata here on Monday morning.
Kuching district police chief ACP Alexson Naga Chabu said the suspect was arrested at around 1.35am.
“The suspect also tested positive for drugs.
“He is now remanded until April 6 to assist in investigations,” he said in a statement.
The case is being investigated under Section 457 of the Penal Code.
