Missing Padawan woman found safe after three days of search

KUCHING (Dec 8): A 57-year-old woman, who was reported missing after leaving her home at Lorong 4, Kampung Simpok, Padawan on Saturday, was found safe this morning.

According to the Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba), the victim, Aron Rajak, was located shortly after the search-and-rescue (SAR) operation entered its third day, when firefighters mobilised to the village at around 8.30am.

Aron was reported missing at around 9.16pm on Saturday after she had left her house earlier in the afternoon to tend to her garden.

She was last seen at about 12.30pm wearing a white singlet and a sarong.
