An advertisement for a well-renovated, double-storey terrace house in Selangor, priced at RM1.4 million, has caught the attention of social media users

In a Facebook community group, real estate agent Zubir Jafre posted an advertisement for the house that's on sale in Alam Impian, Shah Alam.

"Asking price RM1,400,000 only!" he wrote, attaching photos of the beautiful home.

The photos reveal that the house stands out distinctly from its neighbours with its sleek black facade and wide glass windows.

According to the agent, the two-storey home sits on 3,187sq ft of freehold land in a gated community and features 5+1 bedrooms and 5+1 bathrooms.

In addition to its stunning exterior, the photos showcase the house's tastefully renovated interior

The interior flows seamlessly from the outside, with the living room, dining room, and foyer mirroring the dark, contemporary style of the exterior.

Zubir confirmed that the renovations were done by a professional interior designer, and that all of the outside modifications are also legally compliant.

Unlike other posts in the group that barely attract attention, Zubir's post has garnered over 1,800 reactions and 500 shares from netizens admiring the home's luxurious style

Many Malaysians could be seen tagging their partners, asking them to check out the post and to buy the house.

As of writing, the home is still up for sale.

Zubir added that the property is move-in ready since the previous owner has relocated closer to their office.
