PMG Health Run 2026 to be held on Jan 18

MIRI (Dec 4): The upcoming PMG Health Run 2026 is set to take place on Jan 18 with the flag-off scheduled at 6am at the scenic Marina ParkCity here.

Organised by PMG Healthcare, the event continues its mission to promote healthy living and community wellness through an engaging mix of competitive running and health-focused activities.

Participants can choose between two categories — the 5km run (RM45 entry fee) and the 10km run (RM50 entry fee).

Each runner will receive a race pack that includes an event jersey with a race bib.

A finisher medal will also be given to each participant upon completion of the race.

The 10km category adds a competitive edge with cash prizes for the top three finishers in both men’s and women’s divisions — RM800 for first place, RM500 for second, and RM300 for third.

The event is held in collaboration with See Hua Group, the publisher of See Hua Daily News, The Borneo Post, and Utusan Borneo, as the official media for the event.

Ahead of race day, race pack collection will be held on Jan 17 from 10am to 6pm at PMG Pharmacy, Boulevard Commercial Centre.

During this session, participants can also benefit from free health screenings, reinforcing the event’s focus on preventive care.

Adding to the excitement, race day will feature lucky draws and freebies, creating a festive and family-friendly atmosphere for runners and supporters alike.

With strong community backing and a beautiful waterfront route, PMG Health Run 2026 is shaping up to be one of Miri’s most anticipated wellness events of the new year.
