Recently, pictures circulated on social media showed several luxury cars reportedly destroyed in a workshop fire in Kuching, Sarawak.

A Sarawak Fire and Rescue Operations Centre spokesman said an emergency call was received at 4.50am on Tuesday (Jan 9), after which a fire engine from the Tabuan Jaya station was dispatched to the scene.
Seven luxury cars were destroyed in the incident on Jalan Pahlawan in Bintawa, Kuching.
"The fire involved eight luxury cars inside the workshop's garage. Four vehicles were completely destroyed, three sustained 50% damage, and one was saved.
"The fire did not cause structural damage to the building and was brought under control by 5.28am," the centre said in a statement.
It added that the cause of the fire and the extent of the losses are still under investigation.
