Bung Moktar greets Lamag constituents.
KOTA KINABALU (Nov 28): As Sabah enters the final hours of the 17th state election, Barisan Nasional (BN) Sabah leaders are urging voters across the state to make their voices heard and support candidates committed to development, stability, and the well-being of the people.
BN Sabah Chief and Lamag candidate, Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin, extended his heartfelt appreciation to party machinery, volunteers, and supporters who have tirelessly carried BN’s message of progress and community welfare throughout the campaign.
“Throughout our visits across Lamag, Kinabatangan, and beyond, it is clear that Sabahans want leadership that has a proven record, acts decisively, and works relentlessly for the rakyat,” he said adding, the people have seen who only talks and who truly delivers results.
He called on the people of Lamag and across Sabah to exercise their democratic responsibility, emphasising that BN stands firm, works tirelessly, and is always for the people of Sabah.
Bung Moktar also urged voters to maintain a calm, mature, and respectful environment as the election draws to a close.
Meanwhile, BN Sabah Information Chief and Sungai Sibuga candidate, Datuk Suhaimi Nasir, echoed similar sentiments, stressing the importance of listening to the people and translating their concerns into tangible action.
“In these last hours, I want to thank the people of Sungai Sibuga for welcoming me into their homes and sharing their hopes for the future.
“The rakyat wants representatives who understand daily challenges, fight for their needs, and deliver results without excuses. That is the role I promise to continue fulfilling,” he said.
Both leaders highlighted the critical nature of these final hours, urging Sabahans to maintain peace and civility while making every vote count.
BN’s message throughout the campaign has centred on development, resilient communities, and a prosperous Sabah, underscoring the coalition’s commitment to tangible change for both local constituencies and the state as a whole.
As the polls approach, BN calls on voters to back leadership that listens, acts, and delivers, ensuring Sabah remains on a path of stability and progress.
