KUCHING: Sarawak’s eRacing driver Muhammad Hamdany Abdul Hamid has finished third in the men’s single race category on Wednesday (Aug 21).
Muhammad Hamdany clinched the bronze medal by maintaining third position in all three races.
In the Sepang circuit, he finished third with his fastest lap time of 2:02.579.
Meanwhile, in the Brno circuit, the 21-year-old was able to maintain his position with his fastest lap time of 1:58.010.
The last race in the Spielberg circuit, he maintained consistency and finished third with his best lap time of 1:29.888.
Federal Territories’ Ahmad Mikael Hakimi Rosyadin continued to dominate eRacing by emerging as champion in the single race category by winning the first two races and coming in second in the last race.
Ahmad Mikael clocked 2:02.3470 in Sepang; 1:57.513 in Brno; and 1:29.740 in Spielberg.
Meanwhile, Harkiesh Geeva from Perak bagged the silver medal after coming in second for the first two races and winning the last race.
Harkiesh clocked 2:02.535 in Sepang, 1:57.894 in Brno, and 1:29.353 in Spielberg.
The eRacing tournament will resume on Thursday (Aug 22) with its last category – Double Team Race.
