KUCHING, Apr 15: Police are seeking public assistance to locate 14-year-old Peggy Boon Yee Sing, who was reported missing after she was last seen outside SMK Tun Abdul Razak on the evening of April 14.

Padawan District Police Chief Supt Mohd Irwan Hafiz Md Radzi confirmed that the police received a report regarding the disappearance of the teenager at about 10.51pm on the same day.

“Peggy was believed to have gone missing at around 6.30pm the same day in the vicinity outside SMK Tun Abdul Razak.

“At the time she was last seen, she was wearing a blue PK T shirt and black tracksuit trousers. She was reportedly last spotted in the school’s external area before she could no longer be traced,” he said in a recent statement.

Initial checks and investigations are ongoing, including efforts to gather information from the surrounding area and individuals who may have been in the vicinity during the time of the incident.

Members of the public with any information on Peggy’s whereabouts are urged to contact Investigating Officer BSJD Sjn Mohd Khairul Wahab at 014-8635936 or the Padawan IPD Operations Room at 082-862233. Information can also be relayed to the nearest police station.
