911 Stampin constituents join MyLesen B2 practical lesson session

KUCHING: (Dec 29): The Democratic Action Party (DAP) Stampin parliamentary service centre held a successful MyLesen B2 practical lesson session at Kuching City Mall yesterday.

Michael Kong, the special assistant to Stampin MP Chong Chieng Jen, said that the session followed the completion of theory examinations involving 911 participants.

The participants got hands-on experience and exposure to proper motorcycle riding techniques in a controlled environment.

“Our sincere appreciation to JPJ Sarawak, Rela and the appointed driving institute for their strong cooperation and commitment which ensured that the programme ran smoothly and in an orderly manner.

“We hope this session helped build their confidence and better prepared them for the upcoming practical test.

“Beyond obtaining a licence, this initiative is also about road safety, responsibility, and creating opportunities, especially for young people who rely on motorcycles for education, work, and daily mobility,” he said.

Kong added DAP Stampin would continue to work closely with all relevant agencies and partners to expand people-centric initiatives to ensure that opportunities remain accessible and that no one in Stampin is left behind.
