KUCHING, Sept 13: Borderland Music Festival 2026 drew about 16,000 visitors over two days, closing with an announcement that its next show is scheduled for March 20, 2027.
Held on Sept 11 and 12 at Sarawak Cultural Village (SCV), the festival brought together local, regional and international electronic music acts for two nights of EDM performances and large-scale stage production.
The festival’s second night featured Yibi and Lele in a back-to-back set, followed by Mia Q and Rad Kid, while Saqon, Scidz and Pandamax also joined forces for a back-to-back set.
The line-up continued with Hades, Ezra Hazard, Tiger Burger & Friends, Jovynn and Juelz before international EDM star KSHMR took over the main stage as the night’s headliner.

As the festival came to a close, an announcement on the main screen revealed that the next Borderland show is scheduled for March 20, 2027, with the venue to be announced.
