DBKU invites public to join ‘Glamping in the City’ on Aug 17-18

KUCHING (Aug 12): People from all walks of life are invited to join ‘Glamping in the City’ on Aug 17 and 18, held in conjunction with Music Festival 2024 at the Kuching Amphitheater here from 4pm.

Kuching North City Commission (DBKU) in a press release today said interested individuals can check in at 9am on Aug 17 to ‘book a slot’ for setting up a tent.

DBKU advised participants to comply with the rules throughout the forthcoming two-day event.

DBKU stated that grilling or baking will not be allowed, and people must maintain cleanliness at all times by disposing of trash in designated areas.

“Liquor and alcohol are not allowed, and gambling activities are prohibited,” it said, adding that the organiser is not responsible for any theft or accidents that occur during the event.

DBKU reminded participants to bring their own tent equipment.

“During Glamping in the City, you will be entertained by an orchestral performance on Aug 18 at 8pm. Let’s create the most beautiful memories together,” it added.
