BALAI RINGIN, 19 September: The match between FA Series and Angry FA ended in a 1-1 draw in Sarawak Premier League 2026 South Zone at the Ringin Hall Sports Complex today.

The FA series opened the net curtain in the 55th minute via Cairum Ridzuan Razi, before the FA anger rose to level the table through Alauddin Farid Atan in the 68th minute.

The 1-1 draw remained until the final whistle was sounded, seeing both teams share a point after failing to score a winning goal.

Serian FA President, MD Haical Abdullah said his team's mission is to quote at least one point to keep the target in the top four of the South Zone.

"Faced with the team still undefeated, the FA Series appeared ready to steal points and the results of the series were considered sufficient in an attempt to reach that goal. The sincerity of the players who cooperate and act with full commitment finally yielded a point which is quite meaningful for the FA Series", he said after the 2026 Sarawak Premier League Football Championship match for the South Zone between the FA Series and Samarahan FA.

Meanwhile, FA Head Coach Samarahan Ideris Untong said that support from the fans of Samarahan FA is expected to continue in the next match, especially in the final against Kuching FA which will determine the team's position.

"A goalless draw is not a reason for the team to give up, but rather the effort continues to move forward to get the equalization and then the winning goal.

Despite the efforts being unsuccessful, the results of the series were welcomed with an open heart, as well as awards given to the players, officials and management who continue to give full support to the team", he said.
