Fire breaks out at Kuching Integrated Waste Management Park

KUCHING (Jan 13): A fire broke out at the Kuching Integrated Waste Management Park (KIWMP) in Jalan Mambong here this afternoon.

The Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) dispatched firefighters from Siburan fire station after receiving a call at 2.28pm.

Four fire engines have been deployed at the scene to extinguish the fire.

Plumes of smoke could be seen from one of the plants affected by the fire.
