HDC: No agents appointed for RMM Ranggau Valley housing units, public warned of scams

KUCHING, May 5: The Housing Development Corporation (HDC) Sarawak has clarified that it has never appointed any agents for the sale of housing units under the RMM Ranggau Valley project in Limbang.

In a statement today, HDC Sarawak stressed that the houses at RMM Ranggau Valley are strictly allocated to heads of households (KIR) involved in the relocation exercise from RPR Limbang III (Ranggau), which involves a total of 127 KIRs.

The agency also advised the public to remain vigilant and not to be easily deceived by any parties claiming to offer or sell the housing units, warning that such actions may be part of fraudulent schemes.
