MIRI (Oct 24): The Sarawak Vehicle Dealers Association is revving up for the highly anticipated Miri Car Exhibition, a key highlight of the Miri Trade Fair (Mitraf) 28.
Taking place from Oct 30 to Nov 3 at the outdoor car park of The Imperial Mall, the event promises to be a must-visit for car buyers and enthusiasts alike.
A stellar lineup of 10 internationally renowned automobile brands will be on display, featuring the latest models of sedans, double cabin trucks, sports utility vehicles, and electric vehicles.
Enthusiasts can expect to see brands such as Proton, Mitsubishi, Honda, Perodua, Toyota, Nissan, BYD, GWM, Isuzu and Chery – offering a diverse range of options for every type of driver.
The event will be officiated by state Transport Minister Dato Sri Lee Kim Shin on Oct 31, with Deputy Minister of Tourism, Creative Industry and Performing Arts Datuk Sebastian Ting and Miri Mayor Adam Yii also expected to attend.
Visitors will have the opportunity to get up close and personal with the latest car models, exploring their specifications, performance features, and pricing options.
Professional sales teams will be on hand to provide detailed consultations, ensuring that prospective buyers can make informed decisions.
“This car exhibition provides an excellent platform for dealers to promote their brands and showcase their latest products.
“For those eager to experience the vehicles first-hand, test drives will be available, giving potential buyers the chance to feel the performance of the cars before making a purchase,” said Sarawak Vehicle Dealers Association chairman Pang Kang Leung.
In addition, participating dealers will offer exclusive promotions including cash rebates, adding further incentives for buyers, he added.
As part of the Mitraf 28 experience, customers who purchase vehicles or place deposits during the exhibition will be eligible for the event’s exciting lucky draw.
With a variety of attractive prizes up for grabs, this adds an extra layer of excitement to the car-buying journey.
