KUCHING, Mar 28: A pregnant woman, along with a man, were injured in a two-vehicle crash that occurred in front of Taman Berlian, Jalan Kuching Outer Ring Road, here today.

In a report from the Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba), a call was received at 6.35pm, and firefighters from the Kota Samarahan station were deployed.

It was noted that the accident involved a Toyota Avanza and a Mitsubishi Xpander. The woman, who drove the Toyota Avanza, was extricated by firefighters before being brought to the Sarawak Heart Centre for treatment.

Meanwhile, the man, who was driving the Mitsubishi Xpander, was extricated prior to firefighters’ arrival and was also brought to the Sarawak Heart Centre. — DayakDaily
