SBF members and the French delegation in discussion during the luncheon at BCCK.
KUCHING (March 12): The Sarawak Business Federation (SBF) and the Embassy of France in Malaysia have held discussions on potential cooperation and investment opportunities in the state.
In a statement, SBF said the discussions focused on possible areas of collaboration and investment in the state, particularly those aligned with Sarawak’s economic priorities in Post Covid-19 Development Strategy (PCDS) 2030.
The matter was deliberated during a luncheon hosted by SBF at the Raintree Restaurant, Borneo Convention Centre Kuching here on Tuesday.
Among those welcoming the French delegation, led by Ambassador of France to Malaysia His Excellency Marc Abensour, were SBF deputy president Datuk Philip Ting, members of the federation’s council and Timothy Ong of Invest Sarawak.
