SKS Mukah is close to the hearts of the people

MUKAH, 5 Oct: The Sarawakku Sayang (SKS) Open Section Program is described as a platform that is close to the hearts of the people through its programming and various fillings that give the community an opportunity to get closer to the potential and uniqueness of Open.

According to Mukah Polytechnic Explanatory Officer, Nur Iqmal Firdaus Dainis, SKS Mukah is also seen as a platform that not only brings people and the government closer but promotes Mukah itself.

"SKS Mukah can be said to be a platform or way of promoting Sarawak in general especially Mukah. Not everyone knows about Mukah, so for first-time visitors, it's a very lively experience and welcomed by many.

"It's also interesting here, especially Mukah in general, with its sea sources, rivers, food and delicious pastries. In this SKS there is plenty of food to enjoy", he said when he met TVS on the last day of SKS Mukah's visit here today.

He said the program's popularity also gave a closer picture of Mukah's uniqueness to the visitors present.

He was accompanied by Tudan village chief Mahmud Hamdan who described the presence of Sarawak Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg as evidence of close ties between the government and people.

"I've been visiting Mukah High School since day one. SKS Mukah is very close in the hearts of the people with the government, especially when the Prime Minister of Sarawak comes and visits the people", he said.

Meanwhile, Nazeri Hata also described SKS Mukah's visit as interesting even though he only had the opportunity to visit it on the last day.

"I came from Balingian and it took me an hour to get here to watch SKS Mukah. It's especially attractive for food and close to the hearts of people", he explained.

SKS Division of Mukah took place from 2 to 4 October in Plain Pehin Setia Raja Mukah with various fillings involving government services, entrepreneurship, food, sports, culture and entertainment.
