KUCHING (Dec 30): Yang di-Pertua Negeri Tun Pehin Sri Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar has paid tribute to the late Datuk Dr Madeline Berma, describing her as a visionary scholar whose intellect and ideas left a lasting mark on national development thinking.
