KUCHING (Jan 17): Yang di-Pertua Negeri Tun Pehin Sri Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar and his wife, Toh Puan Datuk Patinggi Fauziah Mohd Sanusi, interacted with shoppers and members of the public during a visit to Emart Batu Kawa on Saturday morning.
During the visit, Wan Junaidi and his wife spent time grocery shopping and having lunch at the retail outlet, exchanging greetings and brief conversations with members of the public.
They were accompanied by their officers, who ensured the visit proceeded smoothly while allowing space for meaningful interaction with the public.
Emart Group of Companies managing director Ngu Ting Sii said the visit was significant as it marked Tun Wan Junaidi’s first visit there.
He added that the management and staff were honoured by the visit.
