KUCHING, March 5: AirBorneo is offering special Hari Raya Aidilfitri fares with a 20 per cent discount on normal ticket prices, making festive travel more accessible for families and communities across Borneo.

The promotion applies to bookings made between March 5 and 10, for travel from March 14 to 31, allowing more passengers the opportunity to return home and celebrate Hari Raya Aidilfitri with their loved ones.

AirBorneo chief executive officer Megat Ardian Wira said the initiative reflects the airline’s commitment to supporting communities across Borneo, particularly during significant festive periods.

“Hari Raya Aidilfitri is a time for families to reunite, celebrate and reconnect. For many communities across Borneo, air travel remains a vital link that brings loved ones home during the festive season

“At AirBorneo, we are committed to ensuring these journeys remain accessible and affordable, especially for those travelling from rural areas who rely heavily on air connectivity,” he said in a statement today.

Customers can make bookings through the airline’s official website, call centre or ticketing counters at airport locations. Terms and conditions apply.
