KOTA SAMARAHAN (Sept 7): The construction of the Aster Court apartment complex in Arden City is anticipated to enhance the urban infrastructure of Kota Samarahan, said Deputy Premier Datuk Amar Dr Sim Kui Hian.
He also said that it would also become a new landmark in the development of Arden City.
“Aster Court not only represents dynamic growth but also stands as a symbol of the future development of Kota Samarahan,” he said.
He was speaking during the launching of Aster Court at Ibraco Gallery here today.
Aster Court is a cornerstone of Arden City’s ambitious vision, setting the stage for modern living with two thoughtfully designed residential blocks comprising a total of 672 units.
The units, ranging in size from 531 sq ft to 1,195 sq ft, include versatile dual-key options, ensuring that every unit is tailored to meet contemporary lifestyle needs.
Ibraco Group Managing Director Datuk Chew Chiaw Han highlighted that the residential blocks offer a variety of configurations, including 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, and 4-bedroom units, with four key layout options available.
