KUCHING: Hock Seng Lee (HSL) is presenting home buyers with an exclusive opportunity to indulge in rewards valued at RM20,000, valid only until Sept 16 for the lavish three-storey duplexes at La Promenade’s Precinct Grande.

Angie Joan Daniel, the assistant manager of HSL Sales and Marketing, highlighted that this time-limited promotion, which commenced on Merdeka Day (Aug 31), encompasses an RM15,000 discount paired with an RM5,000 voucher for Siong How Exclusive.

“This promotion from Merdeka Day to Malaysia Day is among the most extensive we have ever rolled out.”

Angie mentioned that the construction of the new Precinct Grande homes kicked off following the remarkable sell-out of the initial two rows.

She expressed, “For this phase of luxury homes, we have introduced a new design—an enhanced rendition of the previously sold-out three-storey units.”

“Siong How Exclusive’s primary store is situated in La Promenade Mall, and many of our clients frequent their establishment. It was a logical choice to collaborate with them for this promotion,” Angie stated.
