SERIAN (Feb 3): Four people were injured while another escaped unharmed in a two-car collision outside a school in Beratok this evening.
The Sarawak Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) dispatched a team from Siburan fire station after receiving a distress call at 7.15pm.
“The incident involved two compact cars, where the driver of one and three occupants from the other were injured, while one managed to escape unharmed,” the department said in a statement.
Rescue personnel used spinal boards to safely extricate the victims from both vehicles.
All injured parties were reportedly in stable condition and were sent to Serian Hospital for further treatment.
The operation was concluded at 7.40pm.
