Kozin Real Estate wins big at MIEA awards, MD recognised with Lifetime Achievement Award

KUCHING (Aug 26): Kozin Real Estate Sdn Bhd made history at the recent Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA) National Real Estate Awards 2024, securing multiple accolades including the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award.

Its managing director Dato Alex Ting Kuang Kuo became the first recipient outside of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor to receive the Lifetime Achievement Award, the highest honor bestowed by MIEA.

The award was presented by Selangor Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari during a glittering ceremony held at a leading hotel in Kuala Lumpur.

In addition to this landmark achievement, Kozin Real Estate demonstrated its industry leadership by clinching four other significant awards, including Sarawak Residential Real Estate Firm of the Year 2024.

The other three awards –MIEA Million Dollar Achiever Award, Sarawak Real Estate Negotiator (REN) of the Year 2024, and Sarawak Residential REN of the Year 2024 – were all awarded to Kelvin Lee.

The triple-award win highlighted Lee’s exceptional performance, showcasing his expertise and dedication to the real estate industry, said the company.

Furthermore, Kozin Real Estate director Christina Tay was accorded Fellowship status, recognising her significant contributions to the field.
