KUCHING, Jan 30: Tadika Juara Serian today marked a new chapter with the official opening and blessing of its new building following its relocation from its former premises.
The ceremony was officiated by Serian MP Dato Sri Richard Riot and blessed by Rev Archbishop Dato Dr Simon Poh, underscoring the significance of the new facility in strengthening early childhood education in the Serian area.
The kindergarten offers a range of programmes including e-learning, STEAM, phonics, thematics, English one-on-one reading, Mandarin, as well as several enrichment subjects for children aged between four and six years old.
Among those present were Bukit Semuja assemblyman John Ilus, Serian Division Resident representative Easter Najot, members of the Tadika Juara board of directors, parents, kindergarten staff and teachers.
Also in attendance were Fr Lazatus Swennie, Fr Dannie Luis and Fr Augustine Singh, representatives from the Unit for Other Religions (UNIFOR), as well as officers from the Serian District Education Office (PPD Serian).
The new premises are expected to provide a more conducive learning environment and support the continued development of quality early childhood education in the area. — DayakDaily
